      <image:title>Services - Prenatal Care</image:title>
<image:caption>Prenatal care with me is about so much more than checklists and measurements. Yes, we’ll always keep a close eye on the health of you and your baby—but our time together goes deeper than that. These visits are where your questions get answered, your concerns are heard, and your vision for your birth starts to take shape. We’ll talk through your options, walk through the decisions you may face, and prepare you for the physical and emotional changes ahead. There’s plenty of education woven in—but also connection. Because when you feel informed, supported, and truly comfortable with your provider, it changes the entire birth experience. I also love involving your people. Partners, kids, family members—they’re all welcome. Older siblings often love helping “check on baby,” and I always make space for curious or concerned loved ones to ask questions. Birth isn’t just about one moment—it’s a family experience, and I honor it that way from the very beginning.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Services - Labor/Delivery</image:title>
<image:caption>When labor begins, you won’t be navigating it alone—I’m there when you need me. My role is to quietly and carefully monitor you and your baby, making sure everything stays within a healthy, low-risk range, while also protecting the natural flow of labor. I bring medical equipment for safety and preparedness, but I step in only when it’s truly needed. Your baby will be monitored intermittently with a Doppler, allowing you the freedom to move, rest, and labor in the way your body is asking you to. This is your birth. Where you labor, how you birth, who surrounds you—even who catches your baby—those are your choices. If you’re dreaming of a water birth, I provide professional birth tubs for you to use in your home. I bring a wide range of tools and experience into your space—comfort measures, positioning guidance, natural support like herbs, oils, and homeopathics—always with the goal of helping you feel safe, supported, and capable. Birth is a day you will carry with you forever. I take that seriously, and I show up with the intention of helping you have an experience you feel proud of.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Services - Postpartum/Newborn Care</image:title>
<image:caption>Care doesn’t end when your baby is born—in many ways, it’s just beginning. I stay with you in those first hours to ensure you’re stable, supported, and ready to rest. I’ll make sure your bleeding is well controlled, you’re able to eat, drink, and move comfortably, and that your baby has had a thorough newborn exam. We’ll also work toward that first feeding before I leave, helping you start off feeling confident. From there, I continue to care for you and your baby through the first six weeks postpartum. I return to your home within 24–72 hours after birth to check in on everything—feeding, diaper output, healing, vitals, and how you’re feeling physically and emotionally. I also offer newborn screening tests at this visit. We’ll meet again around two weeks postpartum to reassess, answer new questions, and support your transition as a growing family. Your final visit at six weeks is a time to make sure both you and your baby are thriving—physically, emotionally, and settling into your new normal. Throughout this entire postpartum period, my goal is simple: to make sure you feel cared for, confident, and never alone as you step into this new chapter.</image:caption>
